The Challenge

Hero MotoCorp’s First At-Scale Creator Launch
Hero MotoCorp approached its flagship two-wheeler launch as its first at-scale creator-led program, with a mandate to prove that influencer content could carry a national product launch. The launch had to reach riders across a fragmented market spanning 15+ regional languages and 15 content genres, and prove that online engagement could convert into test-ride registrations.

What We Had to Solve For

No existing playbook for a creator program at this scale

Our Strategy

The Insight:

Test-ride intent follows local credibility. A rider commits when someone who speaks their language rides the bike on roads they recognise, which made regional, genre-matched creators the unit of the launch.

The Approach:

A multi-tier creator mix spanning Nano to Mega influencers anchored this motorcycle influencer campaign, producing Reels, Stories, integrated video, and Tweets across 15+ languages. This automotive creator marketing approach tied every piece of motorcycle creator content directly to test-ride events, so online engagement could be tracked through to in-person registrations.

Key Pointers

Multi-tier creator activation, from bike review influencers to automotive YouTube creators
15+ regional languages, 15 content genres
A Hero MotoCorp test ride campaign paired with online promotion
Performance tracked from launch content through to Hero MotoCorp dealership promotion results

Key Learnings

What Worked

The Nano-to-Mega mix delivered reach at a lower cost per impression, and shaped the creator tiering model used on subsequent Hero MotoCorp campaigns.
Regional-language, genre-matched content drove higher engagement rates in each language market than pan-India assets.
Tying content to a dated, physical event gave the campaign a conversion metric, which is now standard on Kofluence auto launches.
